Nothing dangerous about it, but I'm not surprised some anti-virus softwares would catch on to it. Either because it's a download from itch or there's something about how RPG Maker packs the game.
Whenever I have this issue there's a 'download anyway' button somewhere.
It should say in the installation instructions. You can download the new version and extract it anywhere and then move the saves manually (they are inside the folder as 'save1' or so).
You can also extract the new version to where the old version is, and as long as they are named the same the new version should overwrite the old one.
I suggest backing up your save files just in case.
That is unfortunately impossible in VX Ace without some sort of a plugin. The names in the portraits are solid part of the image file and therefore non-dynamic. Even with a plugin I may have to go through every single line of dialog the player has and manually input a variable for the name, and that's too huge of an undertaking.
so far i like the game though i would like to see the player be able to be a girl and not just a femy boy i also found a bug where if you swap suits with the npc that has the 2 bed room the scene throws a error about not finding a file and then crashes to the desktop
I think you've found some super obscure in-progress scene that is not finished and should not be there. I feel like the bedroom conversations have like 90% of those. ;D
I've stumbled upon same scene too as I was exploring all the things I can click, was thinking its a bug and not something unfinished xD
It's the scene that happens when you go to the 2 person bedroom after the demo, character (I am bad with names sorry xD) offers you to swap suits and then after a bit of chitchat game crashes
A bit of advice, try reducing the cost of things you buy. The Chicken Nuggets could be 5 and the tea could be 10, but coffee is fine. Truth be told it is currently cheaper just to stock up on coffee and use first aid.
Balancing the game economy is hard, but for now I'd like to keep it roughly where it is now. I prefer the situation where the player cannot over-buy things incl. equipment. The game does give you a lot of free nuggets and coffee, even if some of them can be a bit hidden. Plus the game isn't that hard at this point and I myself have had little need to buy healing items on my test playthroughs.
There will be a healer character in v2 which lessens the importance of healing items further, and monsters will also drop more money as the game progresses.
Bug report: I wound up doing the runedust sidequest and finding rose/lily before going to the Inn to meet Erika, and after the sex scene the door to her room is locked and I can't leave.
Oh wow, if this is true I'm surprised nobody else has found this. If I can replicate this today I'll make a hotfix out of it. Meanwhile it's best to play the game in the intended order of joining the agency -> spend a night with Erika/Quinn -> get a quest from Erika to find Rose & Lily.
Just finished what's available for 1.4. Quite enjoy what's there so far. The only thing I noticed while playing is that the ring of quiet steps didn't seem to actually effect the encounter rate. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but might be worth looking into.
I personally think that it does indeed halve the encounter rate, but the random encounter system is completely based on rng, so even with the ring you might get a fight and then another after 3 steps or so. The base encounter rate is a fight every 30 steps, so with the ring it should be 60.
I do got a question that I feel like is important if I buy V2 when that comes out will V3 and V4 be free updates or will I have to buy those versions as well
Hey Minor thing I noticed while in the End game of V1, if you hug the back wall of the weapon shop you can get to the mine entrance (which is just a black square for now) if you are going to do something with the mine in the future might want to block it off, or dont for speed run strats.
Great concept. The only things I think it is missing is animation and repeatable scenes. However, you have already mentioned that animation was not in the cards so once it has repeatable scenes I think that this is a great project.
Pretty good. I kinda remembered days I've been playing first and second Suikoden... I liked it.
I have 2 gameplay advices: make lily more fast or add a skill to make her faster for 1 turn. Her skill "Elegant Spin" is useless since other characters kill most of the enemies first. And I would live to see repellent, seriously, sometimes enemies spawn too often.
Also I don't know if that's following your idea but my nostalgia mind belive it'll be cool to see more playable characters that can be switched in the hub (if quest allow it)
Thanks for feedback! Elegant Spin should be a valid opening move in fights with >2 enemies, and currently it's one of the few AoE attacks any party member has. I will most likely make Lily attack as fast in the v2 release at least. I will also add a repellent consumable or accessory by then. :3
Thanks for the note. This apparently happens when going to the cart straight without talking to the merchant. As far as I can see you can't trade the infinite gemstones to infinite magic rings, so I'll fix this later. :3
lovely, wonderful story. A few typos but nothing too bad. Very cute, lovely art. Combat is smooth and wonderful. I hope your writing and drawing goes smoothly. I'm genuinely excited to keep playing and keep seeing more scenes. Love the options and everything, from the combat to the lewd furry moments~
Thanks. There's (currently) no gameover scenes in a way where the game ends by failing a puzzle or making a wrong choice. I think those make more sense in visual novels or puzzle games, but in an RPG it may disrupt the game flow unless the choice is VERY clearly game ending. I might add a bad ending or two.
I actually am a fan of the trope of failure or success depending on the scene resulting in transformation. A very popular example is Flexible Survival's way of doing things. Keep up the hard work out there.
Bug Report: I just did the Countess CG scene when I did the block puzzle I pushed a crate into another non movable crate and now Im stuck. Menu also wont open.

My PC don't allow me to download the game... It says it is dangerous...

hey so uhh if i have v1.3 how do i transfer my save to 1.6?
It should say in the installation instructions. You can download the new version and extract it anywhere and then move the saves manually (they are inside the folder as 'save1' or so).

Ok thanks btw in 2.0 will the player name above the image change to the name the player uses just asking

its just worth starting from the beginning! Story is too good.

I should probably clean those up.
I've stumbled upon same scene too as I was exploring all the things I can click, was thinking its a bug and not something unfinished xD

my mac said it was incompatible
That I probably can't do anything about :(
RPG Maker builds the projects mainly for windows.
Very cool game so far. Can't wait to see the next versions!

I stuck on "plans for the night" task, is thats it for this version? or I missed something
Have you visited the local inn after checking the trapdoor? Lily should be at the left-most room.
Ohh `~` now I see, thank you.
(I think I'm blind)
By the way, you made really cute and nice game, I love it x3
Thanks!
l have followed you on pixiv, now l find your delightful game in itchio!
I do got a question that I feel like is important if I buy V2 when that comes out will V3 and V4 be free updates or will I have to buy those versions as well
It will be like early access games so you only pay once and then you're entitled to all the rest. I won't raise the price either as time goes on.
Ok thanks for letting me know

This game has actually a lot of promise. I had a blast playing

Thanks for the info~ Thankfully there's nothing of interest there currently, but I'll block it in some future patch. :D

I will eventually upload CG image sets for people who just want the art. :3

BTW I remembered about one bug I met: infinite gemstone when you check broken wagon.

Love the game so far as well. Looking forward to having suit swap scenarios with the main character too. ;3
Great work so far! Will definitely be following this project.
This is really nice! The combat flows fluidly and the frequency of enemies reminds me a lot of the original Final Fantasy, which I adore.
The art is so cute and fun, and the ideas of the transformation is a very rare gem to find! But.. are there any gameover scenes?
Thanks. There's (currently) no gameover scenes in a way where the game ends by failing a puzzle or making a wrong choice. What version is RPG Maker? e.g.: vx, xp, etc
I'm inquiring because I need it for translation.
I think it says in the description. VX Ace.
I didn't see it properly. Thank you
does it contain some animated scene
Unfortunately no since I'm not an animator and that would add to my already massive workload of drawing art for the game.
Great game! It definitely has potential! But do you plan to include any non-con scenes?
There will be more or less of those, but due to the suits making everyone a bit needy, I'm not sure if any scene will be truly non-con.
futa?!
More like feminine boys~
The best kind of boy
Bug Report: I just did the Countess CG scene when I did the block puzzle I pushed a crate into another non movable crate and now Im stuck. Menu also wont open.
Thank you. I'll check it.

This game has actually a lot of promise. I had a blast playing the demo. Honestly I am wishing for more lol.

Just start the game, I really enjoy the beginning. Is there a easy way to give you feedback more regularly ?
Either here in comments, the email that is in the description (for longer feedback) or DM me on twitter (link in my profile).
I don't have twitter. I will use this on the email for longer feedback ^^
