Risk of Infection v1.3 patch
-Rose could equip a sword which wasn't intended. Removed Rose's ability to do so. (If your Rose has a sword equipped, she can de-equip it normally but cannot re-equip it)
-Rose's attack sounds are more blade-like (shares animation and sound with Reese's sword attacks for now)
-Audio level balancing mostly in combat scenarios (most attack sounds are more quiet now)
-Some walls in the "slime dungeon" can't be walked into anymore.
-Ring of Quiet Steps added. This amulet halves encounter rate and can be looted in a chest on floor 1 of the Agency building. Later patches will have a quest to get it, but for now it's in the chest.
-Lily's attacks work with same speed calculations as the rest of the party's. Her description now says 'She's a brawler with high damage and a base 5% chance to counterattack'. (note she may still attack last most of the time due to her low base agility)
-Quinn's max HP lowered. (This was actually in 1.2 already)
-boxes make no dragging noises when pushed against a wall.
-Small changes to dialogue with Lily where Rose would interject randomly. Removed Rose's interjections.
-If a character is tagging along the player for story reasons, they are not available on the 2nd floor of the Agency.
-A female NPC in Flumen now has proper dialogue.
